1. Return Eligibility

- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong item
- The product is expired or not in usable condition

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased on clearance or special sale
3. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

- Refund may be issued via bank transfer or store credit
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange in the following cases:

- Incorrect product delivered
Exchange will be processed after verification of the returned product.

6. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs may be covered by DailyCareZone if the issue is from our side
- In other cases, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
